Return Policy
Our Return Policy is very simple as well. Customer satisfaction is our primary concern, and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service or quality of products you have received, we will be more than happy to accomodate you and whatever your needs may be.
Returns and exchanges can be made within a full 14 days of the delivery date. Please be aware that the costs associated with shipping items back for either refund or exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The returned packages must be in its original condition. We will refund the Sale Price minus Shipping & Handling Fee as soon as we get the product. Please include your original invoice with the return so we can properly refund your account.
We urge you to use a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS to basically protect you as the buyer in case of lost packages. We will not be liable for lost returns that do not have this feature.
