Returns and exchanges can be made within a full 14 days of the delivery date. Please be aware that the costs associated with shipping items back for either refund or exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The returned packages must be in its original condition.
We urge you to use a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS to basically protect you as the buyer in case of lost packages. We will not be liable for lost returns that do not have this feature.
